These easy, no-bake Cheesecake Squares with white chocolate and Nutella won't last long at your party! Layer of plain Nutella hazelnut spread adds delicious touch to this rich yet simple cake. Everyone will ask for this recipe.

- 16 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 8 oz White Chocolate
- 4 tbsp Whipping Cream
- 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 4 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 8 oz Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 4 oz Salted Butter
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Small Egg (optional)
- 7 oz Nutella Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
- Cheesecake Bar Filling
- 16 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 8 oz White Chocolate
- 4 tbsp Whipping Cream
- 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Crust
- 8 oz Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 4 oz Salted Butter (sliced)
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Small Egg (optional)
- Nutella Layer
- Make White Chocolate Cheesecake Squares Filling
- In microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate with 4 tablespoons of whipping cream and microwave for 1 minute.
- Mix melted chocolate with fork until smooth and set aside to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl beat philadelphia cream cheese, using mixer, until smooth.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and mix until well combined and creamy
- Beat in the vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons of the lemon juice.
- Beat in melted chocolate.
- Put in freezer for 15-30 minutes to set.
- Make Chesecake Bar Crust
- In a microwave safe bowl microwave butter until melted (uncovered, about 20 seconds).
- In a large mixing bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, vanila, melted butter, and an egg.
- Mix with mixer until well combined.
- Scoop mixture out onto freezer safe plate.
- Using rolling pin and hands form 8 x 11 inch deep dish crust.
This step contains a raw egg, however the egg can be omitted without need to substitute. Crust is delicious without the egg as well but will be a little bit more crumbly.
- Layer with Nutella
- Scoop nutella spread out of the jar on top of the cake crust.
- Using spatula spread nutella evenly.
- Layer with White Chocolate Cheesecake Filling
- Store
- Wrap cake with cling wrap and store in freezer until ready to serve.
- Serve Cheesecake Squares
- Move cheesecake from freezer to refrigerator 1-2 hours before serving time.
- Cut cheesecake into 1 inch squares.
- Arrange cheesecake squares on a serving plate and enjoy!
If cake was wrapped and frozen, remove plastic wrap while cake is still frozen.
While waiting for cheesecake filling to set make a graham cracker crumbs cake crust.
Cheesecake squares cake melt fast so store it in freezer until ready to enjoy.
